Oasis at 431 E. First St., Suite 4-K, Santa Ana, which was ordered closed July 20 because of a cockroach infestation, was allowed to reopen July 26.
On The Rocks Bar & Grill at 12752 Valley View St., Suite V, Garden Grove, which was ordered closed July 17 because of fire or other disaster damage, was allowed to reopen July 27.
Creamistry at 26841 Aliso Creek Road, Suite B, Aliso Viejo, which was ordered closed July 16 because of a cockroach infestation, was allowed to reopen July 23.
